For standard items, once you place your order, our team is notified and your order will be packed within 2 business days.
We pay for shipping so all you'll need to do is receive updates when your order has been shipped and delivered via Australia Post.
We offer an exchange if the product you receive is faulty or damanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes! Our drinkware is 100% dishwasher safe, which means it will never crack, craze or go cloudy! (unlike all other plastics that are not Tritan material)
Being slightly flexible, even when squeezed, a Rowdy Crowd glass simply won’t crack or deform. Our drinkware looks like glass but is made from 100% BPA and hormone free Tritan. The most food, human and environment safe plastic.
We ship for free Australia wide as we pay for the shipping for you on standard orders.
For bulk orders and custom printed items, there is a shipping fee.
