At Rowdy Crowd our vision is to bring people together to celebrate in style, create memories and depart without leaving a trace. We do this by providing our customers with the highest quality, reuseable, waste -free drinkware which we are able to brand and customise to create lasting mementos.
Since 2015 we have been WOWing our customers and each year growing by over 150% our Rowdy Family of followers. Today we are a market innovator and leader in supplying events, the beverage industry and everyday outdoorsy families with our durable and elegant drinkware. We now process over 300,000 pieces each year with around 50,000 of these passing through our print room.
In order to continue to grow and supply our customised products in an efficient and timely manner we are looking to welcome several people on board to help with our product printing, packaging and shipping.
We are looking to put together a team of two to three ideal people to become our printing and product handling specialists.
You will work closely with sales to plan and create printing schedules and time-frames to ensure delivery deadlines are stress free and met with ease.
You will be trained in all aspects of operation for pad printing equipment, printing processes, ink preparation and colour mixing. No previous printing experience is necessary just a keen, enthusiastic and open mind to learning.
You will also be responsible for product pre-press and post press un/packaging and quality control of the job at hand.
We are offering free fuel to cover travel to and from work each week.
You may not have worked in printing before but must have previous experience in quality control and a keen eye for detail - you would never send a customer anything less than you deem perfect.
You will love working in a process driven environment where efficiency and method are key factors. You are also a visual person driven by daily goals and enjoy a great sense of achievement when you physically see what you have achieved. You will find something greatly satisfying about seeing a stacked wall of finished cartons at the end of each day or meeting the morning courier to load jobs for delivery Australia-wide.
